The story behind The Pest Control Guy
The Pest Control Guy is a 100% Canadian, family-owned pest control company, trusted by thousands of Calgary-area households for effective, responsible treatment and humane wildlife removal.
Helping Calgary families get their homes back
Giving homeowners relief after a pest problem is the most rewarding part of the job. Our certified technicians deliver effective, responsible solutions and use humane removal methods whenever circumstances allow.
We understand the worries that come with an infestation — treatment safety, cost, timelines, protecting pets, how bad it really is. Every situation is handled respectfully and without judgment, whatever the size or type of problem.
Antoine Ouellette, Founder & Owner
Antoine founded The Pest Control Guy in 2016 to bring straightforward, prevention-first pest control to Calgary and Airdrie homeowners — no upselling, no long-term contracts, just a licensed technician who explains what's happening and fixes it.
He still trains every technician on the team personally, and the company's BBB accreditation and local awards page reflect the same standard he set on day one: show up, do the job right, and stand behind it.
Why Calgary households and businesses choose The Pest Control Guy

Ants, mice, voles, wasps, spiders, cockroaches, skunks, squirrels, gophers, pigeons and other wildlife — one team for all of it.
Local track record
A Calgary company with a proven history of resolving infestation challenges properly, not temporarily.
Eco-conscious methods
Humane, earth-friendly treatments that protect your household and pets from pest-related health risks.
Professional exterminators
Experienced, trained technicians with comprehensive pest management options to match your situation.
Removal and prevention, not just removal
Pest control isn't only about clearing what you can see. We assess the full scope of the problem — food sources, plant coverage, moisture, and every entry point — because prevention is what makes results last.
Sometimes the trouble starts next door or at a nearby business. Where that's the case, sealing access points and removing the attractants on your property is often enough to end it.
Where we work
Calgary and the surrounding communities — house or commercial shop, we take care of it.
