Bianca28 days agoWe had a wasp nest in an extremely difficult place to access. Kris came out the next day. After assessing the situation he got straight to work. He was polite, kind and easy to work with. The situation was under control for a couple of weeks but required a follow-up treatment. Kris tried multiple treatments to eliminate the nest. Once again it remained under control for a few weeks before requiring an additional follow-up treatment. Thanks to Kris and his perseverance with this nearly inaccessible nest, the wasp nest is now gone. From start to finish Kris made an unpleasant situation much easier.Posted on Google

We were dealing with a carpenter ant issue at our property, and from the moment he arrived, Kris was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. He took the time to thoroughly walk through our property, identify problem areas, and explain everything along the way. What really stood out was how kind and patient he was—he even let my son, who was fascinated by his work, tag along and learn. The results were impressive, and when we noticed a few stragglers weeks later, Kris didn’t hesitate to return and make sure everything was taken care of. The solar panel company did not install the pest guard right that came with the installation and didn’t fix it right after my first bird problem. Pest Control guys came out and fixed the problem. Great guys to work with. They were quick to solve the problem. I should have used them at the beginning to install the pest guard for my solar panels. Would have saved some money.Posted on Google
Sean D96 days agoSilence. Blissful, pigeon free silence. Pigeon removal was not a line item in my 2026 budget but it was a necessary sanity and health spend. Incessant pigeon cooing is one thing, but their droppings in a high traffic area was too much of a health hazard to ignore. I obtained multiple quotes from highly reviewed firms in Calgary. Only 2 of 6 actually sent out a rep to take pics and ascertain scope of the 3rd floor nest. But...only the Pest Control Guys rolled in, threw up a 35ft ladder and actually had a first hand look as to why my previous attempt failed and what the best course of action would be before I even committed. Lucan was very professional and efficient from the moment he arrived for the initial consult. He left me with an approximate cost which didn't deviate from the final work. He also communicated proactively in regards to weather constraints and then accommodated my schedule to ensure he was able to complete in my available window. Sam K176 days agoI phoned yesterday and spoke with Kevin. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He had his technician Cody coming by the same day to deal with a gopher and vole problem. When Cody arrived he was very professional and informative. He pointed out all the vole tracks he had seen which extend between 4 homes. Worse than I had originally thought! I feel confident with the plan and placement of the traps that we are going to get rid of the vole(s) before summer and finally have the gopher gone from under our front step. Larry Jackson205 days agoGreat experience, phoned and chatted with Kevin. Can you believe I had squirrels getting busy in my attic ??? He let me know it was a wildlife thing and they absolutely handled these types of situations. He let me know he would have his guy Lucan call me soon and the next day he called, came over right away and within a few minutes found my issue , gave me a price-(which was within 100 bucks of the ball park quote I was given the day before) and took care of my squirrel problem that same day. Kris came out and was just superb in explaining everything we needed to know about the skunk and answered all our questions. The trap was set and by next morning our friend had already been caught. I phoned at 915 am about a mice problem and dealt with a very nice man on the phone, he booked me in the following day wich I was very pleased with. He soon called back and arranged for someone to be at my house in Cochrane within the hour!! Kris arrived and was so professional and pleasant. He did what he had to do while explaining the steps and what to expect. I am so happy with the buisness on every level. Kris went the extra mile by really making me feel comfortable that everything would be fine and mice free. Had to call The Pest Control Guys and Lucan persuaded them to leave even though they put on one hell of a fight. He installed a oneway trap door and try as they may they could not regain entry. Julia Veregen242 days agoOne has to understand that most pest problems dont start overnight so they cant be fixed overnight. Even though to get ours under control went outside of the 100 day warranty the infestation is no longer an issue. It was a long uphill battle of 5 months and thankfully activity has been none. Kyle came out to do some squirrel remediation and assured me that it wasn’t squirrels. He also noticed potential roofing issues, suggesting I check into that first. Upon his advice, we contacted several roofing companies that were able to identify a siding issue which was responsible for the sounds that we were hearing. Kyle’s observations were critical in remediating our problems. He also saved us a fair sum of money in squirrel/mice remediation; truly a knowledgeable, helpful, and honest guy.Posted on Google

Ben and Michaela Goud332 days agoA couple months ago we contacted them after because there was a skunk living under our front steps. They were prompt with coming out for a quote and very straightforward with their pricing. The tech was very knowledgeable about skunks and explained the potential damage that skunks could cause. They installed a steel dig proof fencing by our front porch (on the side the skunks had dug into and the other side), covered the area with soil, and put grass seed on it. Since then we are continually reminded why we are glad we got professionals to deal with this! The skunks have continued to try and dig under our steps on both sides (including the one they previously hadn't dug under), but because it was dealt with correctly the first time the skunks are out of luck!Posted on Google

It was amazing how quickly and effectively the treatment worked - it killed all the bugs and we don't have any more returning to our house. Mike Gowans379 days agoThese people did a great job of getting rid of the pigeons under my solar panels. Antoin was very knowledgeable and gave just the right plan to have the pigeons move on. Joel did a super job of cleaning up the mess, installing screening around all the solar panels putting spikes along the edge of my roof. It did the job! Antoin even told me that I had a skunk digging under my gate to access the back garden and he told me how I could prevent it by installing patio blocks under the gate. I did it and it worked. Angela Kelly380 days agoI highly recommend this company. I had an infestation of pocket gophers this summer. This was the third company I called. Two had no clue on what they were doing other than taking money and disappearing. The infestation just kept getting worse and doing more and more damage. They showed up on the same morning I called, assessed the situation and went to work. Everything was explained to me in regular language. They came by every 4 days to check how things were going and to reset traps. Within two weeks the rodents were gone! Make this company your first call if you need help. I tried to get in touch with multiple pest control companies earlier, had gotten an appointment as well from one company and shockingly they bailed out for some reason and did not follow up with me. Others put me on hold for half an hour or so and still did not get to speak to any human. However, reaching out to Pest Control Guy was easy. Left a message, I got a call back, heard my concerns, gave me solutions and got an appointment. Codey showed up and did his magic and we are happy. We have had so much rain this year that ant hills were a continuous problem. Antoine came out and sprayed for the ants which killed the two nests we had but since then two more popped up. He was quick to come back and respray. No more ants. Antoine is a lovely man with a great sense of humour and very personable. I highly recommend this company for all of your pest control needs whether it be ants or chinch bugs or any type of pests. SOPHIE:D413 days agoHad the worst spider problem. The spiders were everywhere outside, on the trampoline, the sides of the pool, the porch. They got so bad they were building webs from the garage in the driveway to the cars within hours of parking. Called the pest control guys to spray the house and yard. I though we got ripped off because they came and were gone within 15-20 minutes. I couldn’t smell anything. There was no signs of a powder or a chemical on the house. The next morning I walked outside to a spider graveyard on the porch… every single one of them dead and dangling from the covered area on the porch at the front entry way. They have been gone for almost 3 summers and we are just starting to notice them again in the back yard. Will be calling these guys again in the fall. Worth every cent!!Posted on Google

Even luckier……the Pest Control Guy visited, installed a one way door so Mama left but she came back looking for a little one and managed to make enough room for that one to exit. So The Pest Control Guy again came to the rescue and securely sealed off the original entry point and the second location…..no visitors have been able to enter since then! Phew!!!Posted on Google

TPCG was able to come in and quickly deal with them on both occasions (within 3 hours on the second occasion!). Very professional and efficient. Plus they warranty the same nest for I believe 6 months in case the first spray didn't quite finish the job.
