These terms govern your use of thepestcontrolguy.ca and the pest control services provided by The Pest Control Guy Inc. ("we", "us", "our") to customers in Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding Alberta communities. By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates provided online, by phone, or on-site are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted once a technician assesses the property in person. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments booked through our online booking system or by phone are confirmed by email, text, or call. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel where possible, so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Weather, access issues, or safety concerns may occasionally require us to reschedule a visit.
Service guarantee
Where a service package includes a re-treatment guarantee, the specific terms (coverage period and what's included) are confirmed in your service agreement or invoice at the time of booking. Guarantees apply to the treated property and pest type specified and do not cover new, unrelated infestations.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or provided by your technician.
Access and safety
You agree to provide reasonably safe access to the areas requiring treatment and to disclose known hazards (pets, medical conditions, structural issues) that could affect the technician's work. We follow product label instructions and applicable provincial pesticide regulations for every treatment.
Limitation of liability
We carry out services using industry-standard methods and licensed products. While we work to resolve pest issues effectively, pest control outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control (weather, neighbouring properties, structural conditions). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
